U.S. sees national security concerns over microchips

Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo is at the center of a global competition for semiconductor dominance. It’s a battle that also puts it at the center of two of the world’s hottest national security hotspots. 60 Minutes’ Lesley Stahl spoke with Raimondo for the show.
