Travis Kelce laughed hysterically when comedian Andrew Santino told the story of the tight end’s appearance on his Whiskey Ginger podcast in 2019.
Before winning his first Super Bowl title, Kelce appeared on Santino’s show. However, a wardrobe malfunction in the Chiefs star’s shorts led the host to make changes in post-production to preserve the show’s modesty.
More than four years later, Santino appeared as a guest on Kelces’ New Heights podcast and told his side of the story – leaving Travis and Jason in hysterics.
“My editor calls me and he’s like, ‘Brother, I don’t know how to tell you this, but Travis was falling out of his shorts,'” Santino said. “I was like, ‘What are you saying, man?’ What do you mean by falling out of his shorts?
“He said, ‘his boys were running away,'” he continued. ‘And I was like, ‘Oh no.’

Santino wrote: “Trav forgot his underwear and so his Kansas City boss was hanging around.”
As Travis and Jason’s laughter ensued, Santino continued to tell the story, noting how his editor asked if they should do the podcast again. However, the comedian found a hilarious solution.
“He said, ‘Will you call him and do the filming again?’ and I said, “Just put a Kansas City Chiefs logo on it every time it comes down.”
The logo ended up floating between Kelce’s knees for the entire episode. After fans gushed about the Chiefs logo in the comments, Santino pinned: “YES. Trav forgot his underwear and so his boss from Kansas City was hanging around.
As the laughter between Travis and Jason continued, Santino didn’t let up on his jokes.
“The Travis boys wanted to make a cameo in Whiskey Ginger and I get it,” he said. “I said, just throw up a logo and it would be funny.” Travis has had some boy fallouts.
“We’re going to wait and sell these pictures for a lot of money one day.”
