Several Florida metropolitan areas, such as Wildwood-The Villages, are experiencing high net domestic migration rates. Additionally, Wildwood-The Villages led the way in overall population growth from July 1, 2022 to the following July for the metros, with a 4.7% increase in its population, from 144,767 residents.

Business Insider looked at U.S. metros with the most positive net domestic migration, or metros where more people in the U.S. were moving there than were moving to another region of the United States. Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington, Texas, had the highest positive net domestic migration among metros, with a value of 60,457.
