The scripts for the third season are still being written as the series has had to adapt following the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes as well as the busy careers of its star cast (including Sydney Sweeney And Jacob Elordi) and the tragic death of Angus Cloud last summer.
And Zendaya and Storm aren’t the only cast members eager to jump into season three. In fact, Jacob, 26, had previously expressed concern that the cast was getting too old to convincingly play high school students.
“I hope filming happens soon, otherwise they’ll have to give me Benjamin Button or something,” he joked. Tonight’s show in January. “I’m going to have back pain walking down the hall.”
“I guess we’ll have to move on,” said the Salt burn star predicted the season three timeline. “Otherwise it’ll look a little weird.”
