What can Bruins fans expect at TD Garden in the playoffs?

The Bruins announced several additions and enhancements to the fan experience at TD Garden ahead of their eighth straight playoff appearance, including an all-new “Heritage Hall,” the return of fan banners with a special centennial theme and a brand new laser screen. to be projected onto the ice before each playoff game.

Heritage Hall, what the team calls “an educational and interactive celebration of the franchise’s rich 100 years of history,” is located in the second floor lobby. According to the Bruins, it features interactive exhibits, games and exclusive artifacts. Fans with tickets to each Bruins home playoff game can purchase access to Heritage Hall, which is open one hour before the game.

Heritage Hall is also open outside of match days, Monday to Sunday, with the first tour starting at 9am and the last at 2:30pm, with tickets available online.

Back in the playoffs, the large Bruins banner that fans seated in the box section pass around the lower garden bowl during pregame ceremonies. The Bruins said a special edition banner celebrating the team’s centennial would be introduced for the 2024 playoffs, and that the team would bring in “playoff heroes from the Bruins’ past to serve as captains of supporters’ banner.

The Bruins are also introducing a new “all-ice projection show” before each playoff game, which will be powered from the rafters by 12 RGB laser projectors. It’s a collaboration with Quince Imaging, which first installed laser projection in the NHL and NBA in 2014, and the Bruins say their 50-million-pixel screen will be one of the brightest of the league.
