NFL record-breaker turned accused murderer OJ Simpson died Wednesday of cancer at the age of 76. The former athlete was acquitted of murder charges in 1995, but was found responsible for the deaths of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman in a civil trial two years later.
