Tyson Fury bought his first car for £60 aged 10 – he now owns a fleet worth millions ahead of Oleksandr Usyk fight

Tyson Fury used his boxing fortune to buy a fleet of cars.

“The Gypsy King” makes millions every time he fights and will do so again when he faces WBO, WBA and IBF heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on May 18.

If he wins, Fury could celebrate becoming the first four-belt champion in heavyweight history by adding another luxury vehicle to his unique collection.

However, he definitely has enough toys to keep him entertained for a while.

The 35-year-old loves Rolls Royce Phantoms so much he bought two, and at £384,000 each they are certainly the most expensive cars in his garage.

Fury has also been featured in several Ferraris, with the most valuable of the group costing around £170,000.

The WBC heavyweight king’s Porsche Taycan was slightly cheaper at £140,000 and, of course, he also has a Range Rover.

It’s the car of choice for British celebrities, but Fury wanted to stand out from the crowd, so he painted his in camouflage colors.

In keeping with his wacky personality, Fury owns several other cars that you wouldn’t expect to see in the same vicinity as a Rolls Royce, Ferrari or Porsche.

Fury has previously hailed his £20,000 VW Passat as the ‘best car on the road’, despite it being almost two decades old.

The 6ft 9in giant bizarrely owns a Mini Cooper that he can barely fit in and a Bedford TR193 recovery truck just in case one of his fleet needs to be taken to a mechanic.

Fury’s passion for cars began long before he was allowed to drive.

Fans worried about Tyson Fury as new training footage surfaces three weeks before his fight with Oleksandr Usyk

The boxing legend recently revealed he bought his first car at the age of 10 and worked as a car dealer before finding success in the squared circle.

“Before I boxed, I was a car dealer,” he said.

“While I was boxing, I was playing with cars. It’s my hobby. I love deals, whether it’s for 10 pence, $10,000 or 10 million, it doesn’t matter. I love having a deal.

“My first car was a 1997 Fiat Fiorino. I paid £360 for it. It was the first car I drove in. But I bought my first car when I was 10 years old.

“It was a Renault Clio and I bought it three doors down and sold it at a profit. I bought it for £60 and sold it for £110 the same day. So, I’ve been buying and selling my whole life.

Fury uses cars to teach his children the value of money.

He added: “Another lesson I like to do is that in the summer we always wash the cars, maybe every other day.

“I ask the kids why we do this and my little boy will say, ‘We wash them because things are hard to earn, Dad, and we have to take care of our stuff, don’t we?’ And I say ‘Yes, we did it, well done son’.

When the time comes, he will encourage his children to go out and earn money to buy their first car rather than buying them what they want.

“I want my kids to have their own money, do their own things and be their own people,” Fury explained.

“I don’t believe in just giving all your money to your children, but that will make them weak, spoiled and worthless, worthless.

“They’ll eventually reach 35 and have never done anything for themselves except spend daddy’s money. They’ll be middle-aged and look in the mirror and be disappointed.

“If I buy my son a Lamborghini as soon as he passes his exam, he will probably commit suicide. But he wouldn’t like it either.

“If he works hard and buys himself a 2004 Corsa, he’ll be out washing the crap every day, vacuuming it from top to bottom. And I will be proud of him because he did it himself.
