An Arsenal fan has been branded a hero by fellow supporters after he was seen proudly showing off his Tottenham side’s shirt after buying the wrong ticket.

The Australian had arrived from Sydney on Saturday without realizing his ticket to the big match was in the Spurs section.

The Gunners picked up a huge three points with Bukayo Saka and Kai Havertz on the scoresheet in a 3-2 win over their biggest rivals.

And the fan couldn’t help but open his jacket to reveal his Arsenal shirt, with the away fans below loving every second of it.

The visiting fans applauded him, chanting “we are Arsenal, we sit wherever we want”.

AFTV caught up with the man they called “the bravest Arsenal fan in the world” after the match.

He said: “I just got off a plane last night from Sydney, Australia. I came straight to the Tottenham stadium.

“I bought my ticket in Sydney. I didn’t know I was in the Tottenham section.

“Obviously we win 3-2. I go up to the barrier and see all the Arsenal fans and I couldn’t help it. Honestly, I couldn’t help it.
