See Selena Gomez’s plunging dress in Cannes

The annual Cannes Film Festival is all about glitz and glamour, and Selena Gomez delivered on both tenfold in her first look at the event.

Shortly after landing in the south of France on Friday, Gomez was spotted leaving the legendary Hotel Martinez in a dress fit for a movie star. For her night out, the actress chose a bodycon navy dress that featured a sexy off-the-shoulder silhouette combined with a plunging neckline accented with black fabric ruffles. Continuing to break the ‘no black with blue’ fashion rule, she paired the mid-length dress with black pointy-toe pumps and a small matching handbag.

Gomez finished her outfit with center-parted bombshell waves and curtain bangs, before adding the ultimate French girl touch: a swipe of bold red lipstick.

Earlier the same day, the Only murders in the building The star went shopping on Rue d’Antibes while soaking up Riviera chic style. Photographed outside the Mango store, Gomez wore a white knit mini dress from Self-Portrait that featured a row of gold buttons, a peplum waist and a pleated skirt.

She carried a white woven top-handle bag and completed her accessories with a pair of black and white Roger Vivier slingback pumps, hammered gold circular earrings and retro white-framed sunglasses. As for glam, she kept it simple and slicked her dark brown hair into a neat bun that showed off her glowing tan skin.

And there she is, ready to embark on the Promenade de la Croisette.
