Believe it or not, Jennifer Lopez is no stranger to outfits — or at least, she’s been rocking a singular silhouette for the past two weeks. Lopez was once again spotted in a pair of wide-leg, barrel-style jeans after wearing similar pairs last week. There’s been a tectonic shift in Lopez’s style, as she’s swapped her usual intense glam and plunging necklines for oversized shapes and streetwear staples.
Lopez was out and about in New York today and wore the jeans in question, which were very baggy and baggy. She added a chunky turtleneck sweater that she wore half-folded and K-SWISS Classic VN Platform sneakers. Not only does she wear these new jeans back to back, but she also slips into white sneakers quite often. Previously, she paired the chunky shoes with an all-black outfit and a matching inky black Birkin.

Lopez wore the baggy jeans earlier this month on two separate outings in New York. One outfit saw her pair the loose bottoms with a cropped turtleneck sweater and an embellished Lady Dior handbag. However, no matter what she wears, she wears her signature caramel hair in big blown out waves. That same day, she wore similar chunky jeans (this time with a statement wide belt) with a sleek white top and a Himalaya Birkin bag along with her oversized sunglasses.

Yesterday, Netflix shared a trailer for Lopez’s latest film, Atlas, which is a sci-fi fighting robot extravaganza. According to the streamer, Atlas follows Lopez’s character, Atlas Shepherd, “a brilliant but misanthropic data analyst with a deep distrust of artificial intelligence” who wants to help catch a renegade AI with whom she shares a mysterious and checkered past. The film is set to arrive on Netflix on May 24 and also stars barbieSimu Liu, Mark Strong, and Sterling K. Brown.
