Russell Wilson and his popstar wife Ciara have sold their sprawling Seattle estate for a staggering $31 million, despite raising less than their original sale price.

Built in 2007, the 11,104-square-foot mansion, located 10 miles from Lumen Field, officially closed this week for $21.25 million after initially being listed for a whopping $28 million.

He was initially on the market two years ago, when Wilson was traded to the Denver Broncos. Wilson and Ciara, who celebrated the sale Wednesday by going to Celtics-Cavs Game 4 with one of their children, moved into the mansion in 2015.

In addition to selling the six-bedroom, six-bathroom home, Russ and Ciara also sold an adjacent plot of land for $9.75 million, totaling $31 million from the sale.

The Bellevue, Washington estate features a private dock with 164 feet of waterfront access, as well as a theater, gym, yoga and dance studio. A two-story treehouse was also built in the courtyard.

Wilson, who led the Seahawks to their only Super Bowl title in 2013, was traded to the Broncos in 2022, after which he signed a five-year contract extension worth $242.5 million, for be discontinued less than two seasons later.

The 35-year-old quarterback signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers this offseason, but for much less than the “big” contracts he is usually offered – $1.21 million.
