Rupert Murdoch marries Elena Zhukova for the fifth time

Rupert Murdoch has married for the fifth time, marrying Elena Zhukova at his California vineyard.

Photos of the couple were published by Murdoch. Sun newspaper following the ceremony which took place Saturday afternoon.

Murdoch, 93, resigned in November after 70 years at the helm of his company, which owns The sun And Times newspapers in the United Kingdom, as well as Fox News and The Wall Street Journal in the USA. He is now chairman emeritus of News Corporation, with his son Lachlan assuming executive responsibilities.

Zhokova, 63, is a retired molecular biologist. The couple reunited last year, following Murdoch’s divorce from his fourth wife, Jerry Hall, and called off his engagement to former police chaplain and vineyard owner Ann Lesley Smith.
