Rightmove is one of the UK’s largest online property platforms.
Their Rightmove House Price Index is a monthly report. It is based on asking prices rather than sold prices (and so an important caveat is that with the index based on asking prices rather than sold prices, actual sales prices may differ from the reported figures by Rightmove).
