Rategain Travel Technologies Ltd reported a 112% increase in its full-year net profit, reaching ₹145.3 crore compared to ₹68.4 crore in the previous year. For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2024, the company reported a 47% year-on-year increase in net profit, amounting to ₹50 crore.
During the corresponding quarter, it recorded a net profit of ₹34 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company’s operating revenue increased 40 per cent to ₹256 crore, compared to ₹183 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.

At the operational level, EBITDA jumped 72 per cent to ₹55 crore in the fourth quarter of this fiscal, compared to ₹32 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal. EBITDA margin stood at 21.5% during the reported quarter compared to 17.5% in the corresponding period of the previous financial year. EBITDA is earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization.
