New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge met with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest at Yankee Stadium before Tuesday night’s game against the Miami Marlins.

Judge is the Yankees’ biggest star, while Priest has been a full-fledged WWE roster member for a few years.

The biggest moment of Priest’s career came on Sunday, when he cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase to defeat Drew McIntyre for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 40.

WrestleMania took place in front of more than 70,000 fans at Lincoln Financial Field, home of the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles.

Priest is from New York and brought his shiny new gold belt with him to meet Judge.

Since 2022, Priest has been a member of the villainous stable The Judgment Day, and has become the leader of the group in recent months.

Priest could have teased his upcoming appearance in the Bronx during Monday night’s episode of WWE’s flagship weekly television show, “RAW,” while appearing alongside the rest of The Judgment Day.

“Everyone, rise for the Day of Judgment,” Priest said during a promo.

It takes a tall individual to tower over a 6-foot-5 priest, but that’s exactly what the 6-foot-7 judge does.

Priest’s first title defense will take place in the coming weeks against Jey Uso.

The Yankees continued their good fortune with a 3-2 victory over the Marlins.
