More than a month after Jason Kelce announced the end of his NFL career, his wife Kylie came up with a thoughtful retirement gift for the Eagles legend.
On Monday, Kylie shared a wooden replica of Lincoln Financial Field that she’s giving to Jason and revealed that she planned the gift two years ago.
The replica was created by Savannah-based artist Dana Theobald. Besides the impressive miniature stadium, the piece also featured Jason’s name, his jersey number (62) and his professional achievements integrated into the frame.

“She came up with this beautiful custom design and then waited for me to give the green light to retire J’s final honors list.”

On March 4, Jason held a press conference to announce his retirement after 13 seasons.
“A project that is so special to me and one that I am very happy to share,” Theobald captioned photos of the replica on Instagram.

On March 4, Jason hung up his cleats after 13 seasons, all in the City of Brotherly Love. During his time with the Eagles, Kelce made five first-team All-Pro selections and seven Pro Bowl selections.
Kelce was also part of the 2018 Super Bowl winning team.
Although he is stepping away from the field, Kelce has hinted that he will remain involved with the organization.
