John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are grateful to many nannies

When moms say it takes a village to raise kids, Chrissy Teigen and her husband, John Legend, aren’t talking hyperbole. According to E! News, the couple shared their gratitude for the team of people they have to help them with their children: Luna, 8; miles, 5; Esti, 15 months; and Wren, 10 months. Of course, Teigen has been open about the help she gets from her mother, Vilailuck “Pepper” Teigen, but People reports that she returned to her hometown of Korat, Thailand, earlier this year.

“We have an incredible amount of nannies,” Teigen said at the premiere of the Netflix series. A whole man when asked about life with four children. “Every time Mother’s Day comes, I can only think of them.”

“You are a really awesome mom,” Legend noted. “But I think we’re also trying to make sure that we’re there for our kids in the moments that really matter and that we’re really helping them shape their personalities and their outlook on life. Teigen emphasized that she loves spending time with her children and creating special moments for them, even if that just means putting them to bed and reading together. However, she was quick to point out that she and Legend were getting a lot of help in other areas of their lives.

“I think for me, being able to lay down with them and read them stories and hear about their day and all that,” Teigen said. “These are really special moments that you don’t want to miss as parents. But for the rest, it helps us incredibly to have such a great team.”

“I think you also need to make sure you make time for each other,” Legend said.

Before the premiere, Teigen said he gets anxious before expensive events. In an Instagram story, she shared an image of herself in a car, adding: “The anxiety builds before every event.”

In 2020, she also opened up about her mental health with Charm, saying: “The last month has been really difficult. I’ll tell John, ‘Deep down, I know I’m happy.’ But I think anyone with anxiety knows that it’s physically painful to think about doing certain things.”

She continued, “Sometimes picking up my medication is like picking up a 150-pound dumbbell that I don’t want to pick up and I don’t know why. It turned into anxiety in high school and right after, When I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life I started seeing therapists, but I stopped because I thought it was “normal anxiety in your 20s But after I had Luna.” , I was like, ‘Oh shit, this is real.'”
