Jennifer Garner doesn’t know how she’s “going to cope” after her daughter Violet’s major milestone.
The actress posted several photos of herself crying at her and Ben Affleck’s graduation via Instagram on Monday.
“Tell me you have a graduate without telling me you have a graduate. 🎓,” the “13 Going on 30” star captioned a slideshow of emotional snaps. “(bless our hearts 🥺♥️🤣).”
In the first two photos, Garner cried while clapping during the 18-year-old’s ceremony and wiped tears from her eyes.
The “Alias” alum, 52, sobbed on a plane in the next two shots, asking what she was “going to do” and how she would “get there,” before ending the carousel with a silly shot with “2024” sunglasses.
Garner’s other A-list moms shared words of support in the comments.
“Oh honey…I know. 😢 ❤️,” Reese Witherspoon wrote. “You did a great job, mom! I’ll be there for support and lots of cuddles.
The “Big Little Lies” alum, notably, sent his daughter Ava, now 24, to college in 2019 and his son Deacon, 20, three years later.
As for Gwyneth Paltrow, whose 20-year-old daughter Apple attends a New York-based university, she commented: “I am so with you ❤️🩹. »
Ree Drummond, for one, reflected on the “deep, burning pain/joy/sorrow/pride/mourning” that comes with seeing your child graduate.
Garner gave birth to Violet in 2005 while married to Affleck, followed by Seraphina, now 15, and Samuel, now 12, in 2009 and 2012, respectively.
The Emmy nominee told “Live With Kelly and Mark” viewers in November 2023 that Violet “handled (the stress of college applications) like a champ.”
Although Affleck didn’t appear in Garner’s emotional post, the former couple have been co-parenting their little ones since their split in 2015.
The actor, 51, is currently facing mixed speculation less than two years after his marriage to Jennifer Lopez, with a source telling Page Six on Monday that Affleck had “come to his senses” over the “dream” romance of fever.”
The source said the Oscar winner, who was recently spotted without his wedding ring and missed his wife’s “Atlas” premiere, “understands there’s no way this will work.”
