Israel declares it will no longer work with UNRWA

This week, Israel announced it would stop working with the United Nations agency helping Palestinians in Gaza. The agency recently fired a dozen of its approximately 12,000 employees after they were accused of involvement in the Hamas attack on October 7, and has since lost funding from the United States and other countries.
