‘Inside Out 2’ surpasses $1 billion at global box office

Refresh for the latest news…: There is joy everywhere like at Disney/Pixar Inside Out 2 has crossed the coveted billion dollar mark at the global box office. With $1,014.8 billion in 19 days, this is the fastest time ever for an animated film, beating the previous record holder, Frozen 2which came in 25. Only 11 animated films have crossed the billion-dollar threshold, and of those, Disney and Pixar combined now have eight.

Directed by Kelsey Mann, Vice-Versa 2 It is also the first film of the year to reach $1 billion.

The international box office weekend was estimated $108 milliona 37% decline in holding markets, with No. 1 positions in most majors. The accumulation abroad is now $545.5 million. The current national total is $469.3 million. Vice-Versa 2 has climbed the all-time anime rankings in North America, now at No. 5 after dominating Toy Story 3 ($415 million), The Lion King ($423 million), Toy Story 4 ($434 million) and Shrek2 ($445 million).
