Long decided to stop at Taco Bell after picking up a prescription at a local pharmacy before hearing her baby choking.

“I ran out of the car, ran around and opened the car door. I took it out and it turned completely blue and was lifeless,” she told WPVI. “I didn’t know what to do.”

Arbaugh dropped everything and rushed to her aid when she heard the desperate screams.

The video shows the moment the Taco Bell manager took baby Myles from his mother and began performing CPR.

“I threw my helmet away. I ran outside. I picked up the baby and started giving him chest compressions, and then he finally started breathing,” Arbaugh said.

“When my children were little, my daughter had a similar incident, so I knew how she felt. I knew that if I kept her calm and stayed calm, I didn’t think the baby was going to stop breathing.

Long thanked Arbaugh for saving his son’s life. “We couldn’t be more grateful to Becky. She saved my son’s life,” she said.

“She was there when I needed her. It was the wrong time but the right place.

But Arbaugh doesn’t consider herself a hero but simply a mother who saw another mother who needed help.

“I’m just a mom helping a mom. I didn’t do anything different than anyone else should do,” she insisted.

“I knew what it was and I heard it and I felt it instantly and I had to go help him because I knew it was painful. You are so helpless as a mom when this happens.
