Florida Supreme Court clears the way for abortion access to be on November ballot

The Florida Supreme Court issued two decisions on the right to abortion on Monday. One of them paves the way for a new six-week ban on abortion to come into force. This would replace the state’s current 15-week ban. The other puts the issue of abortion rights on next November’s ballot, leaving the final decision up to voters.
