Kyler Murray made a fan’s day by tossing him a football in the middle of a practice session.

The Cardinals star, who is preparing for next season after suffering a torn ACL in 2022, posted a Tik Tok video of the heartwarming interaction on Sunday.

“The team got distracted,” he wrote on the video, which showed a group of construction workers stopping to watch the quarterback’s train.

Murray then threw the ball to one of the men, dressed in high-visibility construction gear, standing on the bleachers.

“Hell yeah,” he said before walking towards the fan.

“Sorry my hands are a little dirty, I want to shake your hand so bad, brother,” said the man, who identified himself as JD.

“Sup bro,” the 26-year-old said, as JD responded, “damn bro, I’m shaking.”

Murray punched him, before the two posed for a romp.

“It’s always fun to meet and interact with real fans! I love you all,” he captioned the clip.

JD jumped into the comments section, writing, “It was an honor to meet you, few people are so humble #Birdgang.”

The Heisman Trophy winner responded: “Pleasure brother, thank you!”

Another fan chimed in: “KYLER IS MAKING THE PLAYOFFS THIS YEAR LET’S LET’S GOOO!!!”

A third person wrote: “As a construction worker I really appreciate this…the fact that he didn’t even want to mess with you and you still took the time to take a photo.”

Murray previously revealed he had his head in the game after sitting out the first half of the 2023 season while rehabbing a torn ACL and meniscus.

“I don’t know if there’s another quarterback in the league more locked in than me,” Murray told FOX last month.
