Gisele Bündchen broke down in tears during a traffic stop in Miami-Dade County after she claimed paparazzi had “stalked” her and were following her car, body camera footage showed.
The model, 43, was driving in Surfside, Florida, on Wednesday when a police officer stopped her Mercedes G-Wagon.
In body camera footage released, the ex-wife of former NFL star Tom Brady can be seen visibly upset during an exchange with an officer who stopped his vehicle.
“I was just trying to stay (away) from this guy,” Bündchen told the cop, referring to a photographer in a nearby vehicle.
After the Surfside officer let Bündchen off the hook with a “courtesy,” the distraught mother of two broke down in tears over her safety.
Still, the officer, who recognized Bündchen, said there was nothing he could do to stop the paparazzo from taking photos of the model.
“Yeah, but he’s stalking me,” she said.
The cop then told him to file a report with the Miami Beach police.
“I’m so tired,” said an emotional Bündchen. “Everywhere I go, these fucking guys are after me. Nothing protects me. I can not do anything. I just want to live my life.
“I can’t stop them from doing their job, which is taking photos,” the officer told her, to which she responded, “I don’t know how that’s allowed.”
Bündchen then left. At this time, it is not known whether she reported this ordeal to the authorities.
Surfside police told Page Six that Bündchen was stopped for a traffic violation.
The Post has reached out to Bündchen’s representatives for comment.
Earlier today, the Brazilian bombshell was spotted taking a walk with her dog in her Miami neighborhood.
The model moved to Miami in 2020 with her then-husband and seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady and their two children, Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.
The family moved shortly after Brady, who has since retired from the NFL, joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Bündchen and Brady, 46, finally divorced in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage.
After their separation, the couple continued to live in the Sunshine State, albeit separately.
Bündchen quietly purchased a modest three-bedroom, three-bathroom home for $1.25 million near Miami Beach in early 2022.
She has since acquired a sprawling $9.1 million horse ranch in South Florida.
Brady, for his part, is awaiting completion of his luxury bachelor pad on the exclusive Indian Creek Island, known as the “Billionaire Bunker.”
The sprawling estate, located in the exclusive, gated Indian Creek Village, sits directly across the waterway from Pad Bündchen.
