Dubai struggles to recover from record flooding event

Earlier this week, a staggering 10 inches of rain fell on the UAE, the most the UAE has seen in a single storm in 75 years. The rains closed schools, destroyed homes and paralyzed Dubai International Airport, the world’s second busiest hub. The airport is slowly reopening. Chris Livesay has the last one.
