The woman who accused Christian Horner of “inappropriate behavior” is reportedly being questioned by investigators as part of a new investigation.
The Red Bull employee, who was suspended after Horner was cleared of “coercive behavior”, is being questioned as part of a new investigation which could last until mid-May.
It was launched after she appealed the verdict that cleared the Red Bull chief following an internal investigation by the company.
Horner, who is married to former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, denies all allegations and has insisted he will remain in his role.
He could be questioned as part of this new investigation and will cooperate fully, as reported by The Sun.

Horner’s accuser is reportedly being questioned in a new investigation led by KC.
He was cleared of “coercive behavior” after being accused by a Red Bull employee, but she has since appealed.
A source told The Sun: “The KC (King’s Counsel) who is leading the appeal process had hoped to interview him earlier but there was an unavoidable delay.
“A lot of work has already gone into this appeal. But his testimony will obviously constitute a substantial part of the new investigation. It’s important to do things right.
“Christian may be asked further questions in light of anything new she has to say. He has cooperated fully throughout the process and will continue to do so.
The accusations against Horner came to light ahead of the 2024 F1 season and have engulfed the Red Bull principal and his team.
This overshadowed their season to the extent that there was even speculation about the departure of their three-time world champion, Max Verstappen.
A day after the internal investigation cleared him, hundreds of messages allegedly from Horner – some of a sexual nature – were released to the media and F1’s major powers, but Red Bull insisted he would not fired and his accuser suspended.
The explosive email contained 79 documents, including hundreds of messages, many of a sexual nature.
The anonymous sender copied sports figures, such as FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem and F1 chief executive Stefano Domenicali, as well as accredited media gathered in Bahrain for the season-opening race, marked by the scandal.

Verstappen and teammate Sergio Pérez lead the drivers’ standings while Red Bull lead the constructors’ standings five races into the campaign.
