Chris Eubank baffles fans with ‘testicular fortitude’ remark live on Sky Sports as Adam Azim vs Harlem Eubank announcement is made

Chris Eubank Sr briefly stole the show live on Sky Sports on Sunday evening.

Midway through the Fabio Wardley vs. Frazer Clarke show, it was announced that Adam Azim and Eubank Sr’s nephew Harlem Eubank were in advanced talks to box each other next.

The two fighters faced off in the ring before the main event.

They were accompanied by Barry McGuigan, Azim’s manager, and Chris Eubank Sr, Harlem’s uncle and mentor.

Eubank Sr was in great shape as always and he spoke about the fight with passion.

But fans were left baffled when he referred to his nephew’s “testicular courage”.

“Sky Television is a marvel in terms of a broadcaster,” said the British boxing legend.

“I launched this at the box office in 1994, it did very well and now we are back for a second edition.

“Harlem is going to take first place. He is emotional, his father died because of this particular sport, it is very dangerous. He is fighting with his heart, we are not here to play as you will see.

“His style is like Sugar Ray Leonard and his testicular courage is like mine, we are Eubanks, we are not here to play, Rastafari.”

Reacting to Eubank Sr’s bizarre comment, one fan tweeted: “‘His testicular courage is mine. We are Eubanks.’ Probably one of the best lines I’ve ever heard.”

Another wrote: “How does it feel to have such testicular strength? »

A third added: “I love Chris Eubank Snr!! »

After McGuigan and Eubank Sr had stated their side, the two fighters faced off.

“I am 100% ready, he may be a Eubank but I am an Azim,” Azim said. “This is going to be an Azim takeover.”

But Harlem has cast doubt on Azim’s willingness to take on the challenge.

“I don’t think he wants that,” he said. “His team organizes everything for him and his team clearly wants him.

“His team is clearly excited but I know he doesn’t want it.”

Both boxers are undefeated heading into the proposed showdown, with Azim at 11-0 and Harlem boasting an impressive unblemished record of 19-0.

Azim is the current European Welterweight Champion, so it would make sense that the belt would be on the line, although that hasn’t been confirmed yet.
