“I love him so much, and I really listened to him a lot during the process of writing my album, and I really thought he would like my album… So I sent him a message and I was like : ‘Hey, I’d love to play my album for you, honestly, I feel like you’d really like it because I listen to it a lot and I really feel like it, musically, in a lot of ways. respects, we like the same things,” Cabello said.

“It was such a surreal moment playing my songs to Drake,” she added on the podcast. “It’s another one of those things that’s like, wow, I never imagined this would happen. This is a dream. And he’s so generous and so kind.”
