Britain’s Got Talent star finally reveals her secret identity

England has an incredible talent contestant The Dark Hero has finally revealed his true identity.

The mysterious caped crusader kept his identity a secret throughout his time on the ITV competition, wowing judges with his operatic voice while wearing a Batman mask.

After being eliminated following his semi-final performance, where he sang a rendition of “Let It Go” from the musical Frozenthe masked artist took to Instagram to reveal himself as British Ukrainian singer Yuriy Yurchuk.

Yuriy shared a video of himself singing in his Batman costume with a Ukrainian flag draped over his shoulders, with the caption: “I have two words I want you all to remember…I am Batman.”

Yuriy describes himself as an international opera singer and baritone who, according to his personal website, has performed for the British royal family, the Kyiv National Opera and many others.

Despite impressing the judges with his singing skills, Yuriy missed out on a place in Sunday’s competition. BGT live finale, which saw Sydnie Christmas crowned the winner of this series.

Sydnie won 27.2% of the votes in the final after a moving rendition of “Over the Rainbow.” Jack Rhodes finished in second place with 15.8%, while Abigail & Afronitaaa finished third with 10.4%.

“I can’t believe the amount of love I’ve felt since the broadcast. I’m overwhelmed with love and it’s the most incredible thing,” Sydnie said after her win.

“And I wish that one day every person in this room would feel what I one day feel with this love. It’s incredible. Thank you so much!”
