Amid negative reactions from his wife Miranda Pearman-Maday was confronted after revealing in a recent podcast that she didn’t watch any of Raven’s projects growing up, the It’s so Raven The star called for an end to the nasty messages sent to her.

“I’m here with my wife to tell you to stop it in the comments and stop the death threats in her DMs,” Raven said in a May 2 TikTok. “It’s disrespectful to her and, in turn, disrespectful to me.”

And Miranda – who married the actress in 2020 – also took a moment to set the record straight on her comments.

“I hope to clear the air now and let you all know that I never once said I didn’t know who Raven was,” she said. “I only said I didn’t grow up watching It’s so Raven. I didn’t watch her as a kid, but since I got married and met her in 2015, I’ve seen the majority of her work.”
