Bella Hadid explains how ‘pretty dark’ weather sparked a wellness journey

In fact, the model recently opened up about how a troubling time in her life led her to focus on her wellness routines and focus on living a healthier lifestyle.

“One day I woke up and saw something on Instagram,” Bella told Vogue in an article published on April 30. “I knew I had to make changes in my life to be happy in my own skin, so I chose to take this journey.”

And the 27-year-old stressed that her path to where she is today wasn’t exactly linear.

“I went through a lot mentally, and at one point it got pretty dark,” she added. “I am a sensitive person and suffering is the only way to grow.”

Thanks to her self-help journey, the founder of Orebella has gradually become a face of well-being. In fact, her morning routine recently went viral due to its complexity. The ritual, which she detailed in a March 14 TikTok, included a dozen vitamins, green juice, meditation, essential oils and even sage in her home. Still, rigorous measures seem necessary for Bella to face the day.
