Zooey Deschanel And Jonathan Scott shared a new look at their very special property.

The longtime couple, who got engaged in 2023, welcomed Architectural compendium in their New York apartment for a tour of their vintage yet modern home.

The tour began at the entrance, where they greet their guests and take an elevator up to their living space. The first look included floral wallpaper, moody green trim, gold accents and a chandelier.

“There’s nothing more important than a first impression,” the HGTV star said in the Oct. 8 video, “and we really wanted to greet our guests with something interesting, something exciting.”

He also put his knowledge as a contractor to good use as they created the stunning high ceilings after they moved in.

“The ceiling height here was originally less than eight feet. It was so low. It was right there,” he added. “And all that was wasted at the top. So we raised it. We added the crown, the highlight to draw the eye. The arch is actually my favorite. But it’s also just a glimpse of what you’re going to see inside.”

After entering the current apartment, more “magical” murals and wallpaper continue to fill the space, as well as classic and artistic moldings on the walls and ceiling. The actress shared, “This place looked absolutely nothing like it does today.”
