Zelenskyy to meet Trump in Washington after the Alaska summit

Kyiv, Ukraine (AP) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Saturday that he planned to meet US President Donald Trump in Washington next week after Trump’s summit With Russia, Vladimir Putin ended without an agreement to end the war in Ukraine.

Russian attacks against Ukraine continued overnight, using a ballistic missile and 85 Shahed drones, 61 of which were slaughtered, Ukraine Air Force said. The front line areas of Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk and Chernihiv have been attacked.
