Flowers hasn’t practiced since injuring his knee in the Ravens’ regular-season finale against the Browns. However, Harbaugh said earlier this week that the team’s primary wide receiver could still play Sunday even if he doesn’t practice all week.
Receiver/returner Deonte Harty (knee) practiced fully all week, but is expected to be elevated to the 53-man roster to participate in Sunday’s game.
The Ravens beat the Flowerless Steelers in their first playoff game. Baltimore hopes to get the Pro Bowl receiver back against the Bills, but is confident in the offense even if he misses a second straight game.
“I hope Zay can go, but if not, we have a lot of really good players,” offensive coordinator Todd Monken said Thursday. “It really is. We’re lucky. We have a lot of really good players and we hope they play well.”
