Zach Cregger launches first look at Cinemacon with Josh Brolin

A new line has unpacked an overview Weapons in Las Vegas on Tuesday.

During the presentation of Warner Bros. Studio in Cinemacon, the division devoted part of its time under the spotlight inside the Colosseum of Caesars Palace to show the highly anticipated horror film of Zach Cregger. The images presented a voice off by a young girl who reveals specific details on history, which focuses on the events that follow when the students of a classroom led by the Garner character, a teacher suddenly and mysteriously disappear. “Ms. Gandy’s room was completely empty, and do you know why?” said the little girl. “Because the day before at 2:17 am, each child woke up, came out of bed and went downstairs in the dark. And they never returned.”

While the voiceover was playing, scenes showed that the children did exactly this by disappearing in the night. Parents and community members naturally react with shock and anger as they are seen during a target style meeting during which the character of Brolin shouts: “I don’t understand at all. Why just his class, why only his?” Another resident asks to know: “Where are our children?” A school administrator is seen later by advising the teacher from Garner to keep a certain distance from the place while the investigation continues.

The images continue by teasing that this is the point that the story really begins, respecting the promise of Cregger that there is much more to come. The boss of New Line Cinema, Richard Brener, had the homework to welcome Cregger on stage and to ask him to explain his point of view on history. He also named by calling him “intriguing and unpredictable with a good help from crazy Batshit.

Weapons mark the follow -up of the success of Cregger’s Breakout Barbarous.
