YouTuber Nikocado Lawyer has just served up the ultimate surprise to its fans.
The 32-year-old, known for his “Mukbang” videos in which he is shown eating giant portions of food, posted a clip on September 6 revealing a slimmer appearance compared to his previous post, shared in February, which he attributed to losing 250 pounds.
But while the time between his videos suggests the feat was accomplished in seven months, the YouTuber – whose real name is Nicolas Perry— indicated that he had lost the weight over a long period of time, revealing that for the past two years he had only shared older images of himself.
“I’m always two steps ahead,” he said in his latest YouTube post, in which he wears a giant panda mask. “This has been the greatest social experiment of my life.”
He continued: “It’s seductive, it’s compelling, it’s captivating to watch all these sick and disoriented beings scour the Internet for stories, ideas, rivalries where they feel encouraged and engaged. Where they get involved in the stories and become a product of influence, hungry for the distraction of time not spent wasting their minds, while stimulating them at the same time.”
