Wynonna Judd’s troubled daughter was arrested for exposing her breasts and “lower body” on a busy Alabama highway.
Grace Pauline Kelley, 27, is being held in the Elmore County Jail in Wetumpka, Alabama, and has been charged with indecent assault and obstructing government operations.
Both crimes the country singer’s daughter was charged with are misdemeanors and she was taken into custody on April 5.
Documents show Kelley exposed her breasts and lower body at the intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14, according to AL.com.
Kelley refused to identify herself when officers attempted to arrest her and sat on the side of the road, refusing to comply.
His bond was set at $1,000 and his first court date is set for April 11.

This is not Kelley’s first run-in with the law, she has a history of drug-related problems and previously served time behind bars.
When Judd announced the birth of her granddaughter, Wynnona vowed to be “a healthier grandparent” and to “break the cycle of addiction and family dysfunction.”
The 27-year-old was sentenced to eight years in prison in 2017 for violating probation after leaving a rehabilitation program.
She was released from prison six years early in 2019.
The daughter of Wynonna and the singer’s first husband, Arch Kelley, Kelley had At the time, he had been in prison for more than two years in Tennessee and Alabama on drug charges.
Kelly is the mother of a one-year-old daughter, Kaliyah.

Kelley was pregnant while in prison after becoming pregnant while on parole, fellow inmate Florence Fort told the US Sun.
The troubled young woman’s legal saga stems from a Dec. 18, 2015, arrest at a Walgreens in Nashville, Tennessee.
Police spotted a car with two occupants that had been parked there for a long time.
Noticing that the car had an improperly installed license plate that was hanging from a single screw, detectives approached the car and found Kelley in the driver’s seat and a man, Richard Wilcutt, in the passenger seat, according to the affidavits of arrest.
During questioning, a concerned citizen handed officers a bag they had seen someone throw from the passenger side of the car, which contained a torn box of pseudo-ephedrine and a receipt for Coleman fuel.

Recognizing that these were ingredients used in the manufacture of methamphetamine, detectives ran the two men’s names in a national database and discovered that they had made pseudo-ephedrine purchases consistent with the cooking meth.
Using security camera footage, they discovered that Kelley had purchased the pseudo-ephedrine, which they found in Wilcutt’s possession during his search.
Both were arrested and charged with promoting the manufacture of methamphetamine, but Kelley later pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of possession of methamphetamine.
In 2023, Kelley served a five-month sentence in the Putnam County Jail after being arrested in May 2023 for violating parole and a protection order.
