The name of the WWE and the star of the UFC, Brock Lesnar, was added to the federal trial filed by the former employee Janel Grant against the largest promotion of struggle in the world as well as his former boss Vince McMahon. The addition of Lesnar’s name is an important update of the initial trial brought in January 2024 in which Grant accused McMahon of sexual misconduct.
Grant filed the complaint modified by an American district court on Friday during which she identified Lesnar as the person in which he was “treated” by McMahon. In addition to McMahon, the former wrestler and head of relations with WWE talents, John Laurinaitis, was also appointed accused in the trial.

“Ms. Grant’s modified complaint reveals new details. This also demonstrates the sexual abuse that Janel Grant suffered in the hands of Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis and draws the curtain on the dangerous culture of the workplace that McMahon created at WWE. Ms. Grant is looking forward to holding her attached attackers in court, “said Grant’s lawyer, Ann Callis.
“McMahon has actively asked, directed, encouraged, insisted and ultimately conditioned to Ms. Grant to create and send sexually explicit content during, but without limiting themselves, writers’ meetings, production meetings, while performing television programs Live in “gorilla position” and while I am traveling both national and international.
“McMahon has even knowingly requested and received the sexually explicit content from Mrs. Grant while being filmed for a global streamer. McMahon noticed that Ms. Grant did not comply with her instructions and asked or questioned her about her content creation, “he said.
“Even after pushing Ms. Grant out of the company and having muzzled her with an NDA, McMahon continued her efforts to exploit her, in particular by trying to track her to a WWE star, Brock Lesnar, who would be New York for a live event and a WWE television recording in March, “added Callis’s declaration.
The temple of WWE renown, Michael Hayes, also mentioned
The trial also mentions the WWE producer, Michael Hayes, who is a member of the company’s fame.
“In September 2020, or towards this date, McMahon asked Ms. Grant to create personalized pornographic content for producer Michael Hayes and his crew,” added the press release.
However, neither Lesnar, seven times WWE champion and former UFC heavyweight champion nor Hayes was listed as a defendant in the case. Grant had previously mentioned a star wrestler “who was also a UFC veteran” in his trial without taking names.
The representative of McMahon responds to a modified trial
The representative of McMahon, however, responded to Grant’s modified trial by describing him as an “advertising stroke”.
“As expected, the proposed amended complaint is nothing more than the last advertising in an in progress smear campaign. He is full of desperate lies of a team that continues to ignore the law and the truth, “said McMahon’s lawyer Jessica Rosenberg, in a statement.
