WWE star Big E reveals he may NEVER wrestle again after undergoing new neck scans, with the 38-year-old saying he is “immensely happy and healthy”.

WWE star Big E has admitted he “may never be allowed” to wrestle again following his neck injury in 2022.

The 38-year-old, whose name is Ettore ‘Big E’ Ewen, broke two vertebrae in March of that year after a botched belly-to-belly suplex outside the ring.

And more than two years after breaking his neck, Big E shared a sad update with fans.

“Neck exams have been ongoing for two years. Things are unchanged,” he wrote on am not medically cleared and, frankly, I may never be.

However, he added that he is “fortunate to be pain-free, immensely happy and healthy.” Life is beautiful.’

Ewen fractured his C1 and C6 vertebrae during a match with former rugby league prop Ridge Holland.

And last year, Big E shared that doctors advised him not to return to the ring.

“We looked back on the year and it all looked good,” he told reporters in August.

“But on the other hand, I talked to spine specialists, people who have worked on other people in the company and done their fusions and they said ‘hey, I don’t would struggle more if I were you.

Big E played college football at the University of Iowa and also had a brief powerlifting career.
