Damian Priest entered a fight behind the scenes with Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu while the Knight passed right in front of him and towards the ring. He gave a promotion and in fact shown a certain respect to his opponent for the night.
The infamy archer came out and said he had to take revenge on Drew McIntyre last week, which is why he got involved. Knight always blamed him for the way things went.
Things became a little more tense when they started to blame, so they agreed to have their match immediately rather than later in the show. A referee ran to the ring while the show cut at a break. We returned to see the match already underway.
The priest controls until Knight has circumvented the old school and hits a side sunset. It was a solid match, but if you know how these two work, then you could almost predict each place because it was about to occur.
This fight had the impression of following a model, which was not a bad thing but always prevented it from feeling as competitive as it should have felt it. It improved as you go, but Sikoa interfered and was spoiled a DQ. Knight and Priest worked together to get him out. Fatu even presented himself to the chances and eliminated his rivals.
Result: Sikoa caused a disqualification
Notable moments and observations
– It was difficult to hear what Knight said in the camera behind the scenes because Priest and Sikoa were screaming.
– Something in the crowd had a giant cat poster.
– It seemed that Knight missed a gesture and they had to improvise on the fly because he did not go down when he should have.
– Knight showed impressive power when he blew up the priest for a PowerSlam.
“Carnin raising the strings so that the priest could hit the edge of the razor was very annoying.
