In the episode of June 4, it was the turn of the male division Evolve. Sean Legacy, Edris Enofe, Keanu Carver and Jackson Drake faced in a 4 -way elimination match new belt.
The NXT Enofe veteran was the first man eliminated, by Carver. Powerhouse who thought of taking the finish into account, Carver actually disappeared. This Legacy, which already has some NXT victories on its CV, against Drake. And to most of most, it was the heel of the Vanity project (the Jackson group is with Brad Baylor, Ricky Smokes, Bryce Donovan and Zayda Steel) who won Clean.
Je’von Evans de NXT was on site to assign the belt to the new champion, and it turns out that Evans and Drake are longtime friends. After a hug with the young OG, Drake celebrated with his crew.
A 21-year-old from Greensboro, in North Carolina, Drake began to fight his local self-employed in 2018. He made his debut on the Northeast circuit in 2021, and in the next two years, appeared on AEW Dark, worked a squash match on RawAnd started to appear fairly regularly with NWA and GCW. He started with WWE last year via The ID program while remaining active on the Indies.
And now he is the first WWE Evolution champion.
