Jey USO finally killed the dragon. The fans’ favorite “yeet” feeling only became the third man to arrest Gunther under the WWE umbrella, winning the WWE world heavyweight championship with a Tapout victory during the Wrestlemania 41 opening match, Night 1 Saturday at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

USO, the winner of Royal Rumble Surprise in 2025, was previously 0-4 in his attempts to overthrow “The Ring General”, which was one of the most dominant figures in WWE since arriving at the main list in 2022.
Subsequently, he was joined in the ring for an emotional celebration with his twin brother, Jimmy USO, the two of which have long composed one of the WWE tag teams, the Usos.
After a temperate start of the match, Gunther took control early, breaking USO with a barrage of her brand chops and smashing USO opposite with his world title belt. But Usto joined a strangulation attempt failed by the Austrian champion decorated, sporting a wide smile while the two struck chops and elbows, boots on the faces and steep laris. USO then countered a power bomb attempt with one of his family, followed by a superkick and a spear that left Gunther flattened on the carpet.
