Donna Ventura went out to lunch and her family says she ordered the special roll at a sushi restaurant. An hour later, Ventura was clinging to life due to severe food poisoning. She later died in hospital. The Department of Health says the morels served in Ventura were raw. They also claim that more than 50 people reported becoming ill after eating morels at Dave’s Sushi restaurant in Bozeman, Montana. His family is suing the restaurant, which denies any wrongdoing.
