Last week, the wizkids Baldur’s Gate 3 miniatures arrived, and they did not exactly obtain elegant criticism. The public’s response seems to have been heard, and now Wizkids offers reimbursements to anyone who feels dissatisfied with his minifig boxes.
“As a business, Wizkids seeks to create products that improve and add to the enjoyment of the game,” said the company in an ad. “We want our customers to build good lasting memories in game evenings with friends and family using our products.
“Unfortunately, we have missed the brand on this objective with the D&D icons of Realms: Baldur’s Gate 3 Character Boxed Set. If you have bought this set in our online stores, we will offer a full refund to those who are not satisfied with their whole.”

Wizkids continued by saying that he was aware of reports, and his team investigates problems and takes action at the same time to “do this correctly” and to make sure that the problems do not happen again in future products.
Realms $ 49.99 pre-panel icons from Realms: Baldur’s Gate 3 Character Boxed Set started to take place in buyers last week, and the results surprised more than a few. Opening the box to strange painting work, details out of details and an apparently melting dart has left frustrated buyers.
Wizkids offers reimbursements via two options. If you have bought the set online, you can contact curvityservice@wizkids.com to start a request. If you have traveled a local retailer, you can return it to the point of purchase for a full refund. The company also offers a replacement of products via its replacement site, where Wizkids says that it will work to provide a replacement which “meets the expected standards”.
This is not exactly the happiest end for those who hope for a new pleasant set of miniatures Baldur’s Gate 3, but it is at least something for those who are disappointed by the outcome of their minis box. Hopefully people will be able to find other artists to fill the miniature hole in their hearts.
Larian has just farewell to Baldur’s Gate 3 with the Patch 8, his last major patch for his RPG 2023 which stormed the world. The CEO of the studio, Swen Vincke, dropped some clues to what is following for Larian, but in addition to not being Baldur’s Gate or Dungeons & Dragons, there is not too much to do.
