Anaheim – A ticket with the six issues of the Powerball drawing on Saturday evening was sold in Anaheim and the player has the possibility of receiving the jackpot of $ 515 million in 30 payments or a flat -rate payment of 243.8 million dollars before federal taxes, announced the Californian lottery.
The 7-Eleven store which sold the ticket is at 763 North Euclid Street, south of avenue La Palma, said the Lottery website.
It is not immediately known who bought the ticket or when it was claimed.
RMG News, an independent video supplier, reported a store worker, after learning that the winning ticket had been sold there, called the store owner and told the owner: “It is a jackpot from our store.”
“$ 515 million, from our store,” the worker told the owner.
“We got it, someone bought it from here. … We are very happy.”
The figures drawn on Saturday were 7, 11, 21, 53, 61 and the PowerBall number was 2.
The drawing was the 29th since the last time a ticket with the six numbers was sold.
There were five tickets sold with five numbers, but missing the PowerBall number – two in Georgia and each in Ohio, Oregon and Texas, according to the Multi -State Lottery Association, which leads the game. They are each worth $ 1 million.
The chances of matching the five numbers and the Powerball number are 1 in 292.2 million, according to the Multi-State Lottery Association. The overall luck to win a prize is 1 in 24.9.
The Powerball match is played in 45 states, the Columbia, Puerto Rico district and the US Virgin Islands.
The jackpot for the drawing on Monday will be $ 20 million.
If a player acknowledges that he has a game problem or if someone knows someone who can have a problem, California’s lottery recommends calling the California game problem aid line at 1-800-gamber.
