The prince and the princess of Wales should move into a new house in the Berkshire.
William and Catherine will move to the forest lodge of eight rooms in Windsor Great Park, with their children George, Charlotte and Louis.
Their current main house, Adelaide Cottage, is a short distance and children attend the neighboring Lambrook school.
A spokesperson for the Kensington Palace confirmed: “The Wales family will be moving later this year.”
The royal couple announced that they were moving from the Palais de Kensington to their current property of four chambers, Adelaide Cottage, in August 2022.
They also have houses in Anmer Hall in Norfolk and at 1A apartment in the Kensington Palace.
In 2001, Forest Lodge underwent catering work of 1.5 million pounds sterling and was put on the rental market of £ 15,000 per month.
The images inside the house taken at the time showed original stones, elaborate plaster cornices and a ceiling decoration, plus a half-bar ceiling.
Expected planning requests filed with the royal district of Windsor and Maidenhead show that the authorization of internal and minor external modifications was granted earlier this month.
