Why Savannah Chrisley Is Struggling Amid Parents’ Prison Sentences

Savannah Chrisley shares his truth.

THE Growing Up Chrisley The star reflected on how she has progressed since her parents, Julie Chrisley And Todd Chrisleybegan their respective prison sentences for bank fraud and tax evasion more than a year ago.

“What’s hard for me is how mom and dad feel like life is still moving on without them,” Savannah explained on the April 2 episode of her podcast. Unblocked. “In a way, I have that feeling with the people in my life because it’s like they just keep living their lives.”

Savannah, who won custody of her brother Grayson17 years old and niece Chloe11 years old, in the midst of her parents’ incarceration – stressed that she wasn’t trying to experience it for herself, but was emphasizing how overwhelming it was at times.

“I’m still sitting here, struggling to catch my breath,” said the Chrisley knows best former admitted. “Whether it’s financially with the kids, trying to be a parent, me in a relationship.”
