Why Meghan Markle apologized to customers like never before

An element of Markle went particularly quickly, selling in less than five minutes: the honey of wild flowers in limited edition with honeycomb. The popular product was the first to sell, however, some buyers were able to buy it despite the fact that the stock was exhausted and learned after the fact that they would not receive honey.

As we can see in the screenshots shared at X, the team has never sent by email to customers to apologize and offer them a refund and a gift for their drawbacks. “The excitement created a volume of traffic on the site that even we could not have anticipated (with everything that is sold in less than an hour),” said the press release. “Orders occurred so quickly that the site’s backend did not have the opportunity to follow. The limited edition honey that you bought was, unfortunately, already exhausted.”

“We are working on the reconstruction of stocks and will make you happy an element of your choice to thank you for your understanding,” continued the email.

In the same e-mail, Markle also shared a note with its customers. “Dear friend, my God, what a whirlwind this week was! Thank you very much for the support. It really means a lot for me,” said Markle. “I was really sorry to learn what happened with your order, and that due to the occurrence, we are not able to give you limited edition honey. Please know that the team worked very hard in each department and we felt just as sad when we learned what had happened.”

“I know that this is not the same article in a limited edition on which you had the heart (I would feel the same thing!) So I would also like to promise you something else: when our next drop in limited edition will happen, you will not only be the first to know … You will be the first to receive it,” promised the duchess. “No need to order, it will come to you by post as a gift from me.”

The former Senior Royal signed his note saying that there was “so much more goodness happens soon”.

Last week, Markle reacted to the success of the sale with a sincere declaration shared in his Instagram. “Our shelves can be empty, but my heart is full,” she wrote. “We sold in less than an hour and I cannot thank you enough … for celebrating, bought, shared and believe. It’s just the beginning. ”

Although the collection is currently exhausted, the company will continue to publish seasonal products, as well as to expand its offers. Markle has not yet revealed the date of the second drop in the brand.
