Why I love L’Oréal Original Telescopic Lengthening Mascara
There is so much to love about this mascara. For starters, the price is unbeatable. As much as I love luxury beauty, nothing is more exciting than finding a drugstore product that works just as well as high-end products. That’s why this mascara is so amazing, especially if you’re on a budget.
Besides the price, the main reason I love this mascara is that it makes my lashes look long and defined. My eyelashes aren’t particularly short, but they’re not particularly long either. Personally, I love the Bambi eye look, especially during the day when I’m not wearing heavy makeup, so for me this mascara is a winner. I think the photos speak for themselves.
There are two reasons why this mascara is so effective at lengthening and defining lashes. First of all, it’s the wand. It features a flexible rubber wand with short bristles that grip each lash. The slightly curved shape allows it to get as close as possible to your lash line. Since the brush is narrow, you can easily apply it to your lower lash line if you like the look (I certainly do). Second, the formula is neither wet nor slimy, allowing for clump-free application. Yes, even if you apply several coats. Plus, the formula is never flaky, meaning you won’t have to constantly look in the mirror. It also comes in a waterproof version, if that’s your thing.
I use an eyelash curler before application for added volume, as well as a disposable spoolie (you can buy a multi-pack for just a few dollars on Amazon) or an eyelash comb to separate the lashes even more.
If your goal is to add volume to your lashes, especially when creating glamorous looks, this product probably isn’t for you. But if you want a perfect mascara for daily use and prefer the look of long, defined eyelashes, you should click “Add to Cart” as soon as possible.
