Garrett Crochet signed a massive contract extension with Boston one day before his second regular season start with the Red Sox. Crochet certainly deserves the agreement, but the pact was nevertheless surprising because the Southpaw star previously said that he was not interested in negotiating once the campaign at the start.
Thus, Crochet played Coy last Friday when Rob Bradford of Weei questioned the AS of Boston on his contractual situation. This led to a humorous exchange between the pair on Wednesday after the 2024 stars launched eight -sleeves aimlessly during the victory on the Red Sox route against the Orioles of Baltimore.
